Shipping policy

We charge shipping based on Types of Products and the city you are based in. 

Different category of products are charged differently. 

Kindly make sure you select the correct shipment option when checking out. Make sure to select Karachi if you're based in Karachi, or Out of Karachi if you are based elsewhere. Since we are based in Karachi, the delivery charges are lower for Karachi

- Big Planters are only shipped within Karachi, and are shipped every weekend for same day delivery within Karachi.

- Small planters can be shipped within 5-6 days of placing order, and are shipped nationwide

- Lamps can be shipped nationwide take atleast 15 days as they are made to order, handwoven and customised for each client. Please be patient with the deliveries for lamps, since we do not want to compromise on quality. The wait will be worth it. 

- Furniture and Terrazzo slabs are currently only shipped within Karachi
